Curbside Birthday Party Package
Imagine the excitement when the micro ice cream truck arrives at your child’s party!! Make your party unforgettable and the best part of all…. no stress, no mess for you!
We have created the perfect birthday package for you. Our curbside birthday Package includes an up to 30 minutes visit with 20 ice cream treats for $129.
Your guests may select from our menu of 15+ ice cream treats. Options like Character Faces, Bomb Pops, Strawberry Shortcake, Big Dipper Cones, Big Ice Cream Sandwiches and so much more. We have something for everyone's taste. If you need extra ice cream that's ok. Add ice cream treats to your party package for $3.50 per ice cream. An extra traveling fee may be added to your package for anything outside of Snohomish WA. For the safety of your guests and to comply with our insurance regulations all service will be curbside. Wedding/ Engagement parties
Ice cream is a must at any wedding!!! Replace the cake or give your guests an unforgettable experience. Your guests will love it and you will love the ease of working with Yay big. Yay high. Yay Ice Cream Truck! to make your wedding dessert fun and affordable. Looking to surprise your soon-to-be bride or groom? Do they have a favorite ice cream? We can help make your surprise unforgettable! Our truck comes fully stocked with delicious brands like blue bunny, good humor, etc.
Don't forget the photos! We will set time aside for your photographer so you and your guests can have a photo op with our micro ice cream truck.
Packages include time with our truck for dessert and a photoshoot with your photographer. Package includes 50 ice cream treats and up to an hour curbside time. For a wedding party over 50 people we would be happy to add additional ice cream treats to your package for $3.50 per treat. A traveling fee may be added for anything outside of Snohomish.
Social Distancing and Snohomish county COVID-19 Protocols will be followed.
We love serving ice cream to our local teachers and students!
We love catering to our local schools. It's one of our favorite ways to spend our afternoon. For schools, we want to lower prices for each ice cream by 50 cents for your convenience. We have 2 options for your students. Invite us to graduations, field day, book fairs, movie nights, etc.
1) We charge $3 per treat with a full menu of 20 options. This includes our king size options, character faces, cones, and more. (That is 50 cents off each treat compared to our party packages!).
2) We charge $2 per treat with a limited menu of around 12 options. This menu still has some great options but the king size options and character faces are missing from this menu. (That is $1.50 off each treat compared our normal party packages!).
3. TEACHER APPRECIATION DAYS
We continue to offer our $3 per ice cream with a full menu. Sorry, Our $2 option is for students only.
FREE SCHOOL VISITS
As you can see, we love building core memories for our community kiddos and what is better than a memory that involves the ice cream truck! Invite us to your school wide event for just a $40 booking fee! Families purchase ice cream from our truck and we come hang out with a full menu of treats. We can guarantee your students will be talking about the time the ice cream truck came to visit for weeks.
Corporate Events/Employee Appreciation Days
Name a better way to say “thank you” for your hard work? Yay big. Yay high. Yay ice cream! will extend your gratitude by serving a treat and a smile to employees and/or customers. This can be an amazing way to boost team morale!
Why not make it a monthly “Appreciation Day?” Best part is that it is a tax write off. Contact us for more info.
Catering Terms and Conditions
*Client understands the truck requires approximately two standard parking spaces. If parallel parking, two spaces are needed. If parking in a lot - front first, there should be another spot to the right (passenger side) for guests to be served. The client agrees to arrange for or personally provide access to the said facility to accommodate the proper set-up and preparation before the event. Client acknowledges responsibility for any liability arising from the rental and use of the said facility that is not a direct result of the caterer’s activities.
*please get in touch with us two days before your event. We will discuss last-minute details and have a second confirmation of your appointment.
*Client acknowledges liability for any damage to the truck and rental equipment (if any) used during the event caused by a client's guest.
*All payments are final. No refunds will be available.
Events/Parties may be rescheduled if our schedule allows it.
*In case of a mechanical failure or incident, we will refund any deposits and try to find another ice cream truck for your event. We will notify you via text, phone, and email if there is an issue.

Catering Terms and Conditions:
*Client agrees All Services will take place CURBSIDE, no drive-thru style events. Our insurance does not allow it.
*Client understands the cost is based on what is served. If you want to control how much your guests are served we suggest offering them redemption tickets. Generally, we have tickets available on the truck and are happy to provide them at no additional charge.
* If your event is scheduled for 4:00 pm, the truck will arrive at 4:00 pm with music playing. If you want the truck to arrive at 3:45 pm to get parked and situated, please schedule the truck at 3:45 pm. (an additional charge may apply) We run a tight schedule and must account for many things, such as traffic. We are always happy to accommodate you when possible.
*Client agrees to provide a suitable contracted facility for the caterer to perform duties required for the number of guests expected. This includes any permits required as well as permission from the Parks Department.

Please obtain prior permission for the truck to be onsite to avoid your event is canceled. We are glad to provide any required documents (Insurance, Health Permit), but the client is responsible for any fees.
