Curbside Birthday Party Package
Make your child's party truly unforgettable with our delightful micro ice cream truck! Experience the excitement as we bring 20 delicious ice cream treats right to your curbside, all within a stress-free 30-minute visit for just $129. Best of all, you can relax while we take care of everything—no mess, no hassle! Please note, an extra traveling fee may apply for locations outside of Snohomish WA.
With over 15 delicious treats to choose from, including Faces, Bomb Pops, Cones, and Sandwiches, there's something to delight every guest. Need more ice cream? No problem! You can easily add treats to your party package for an additional fee. Just remember, all services will be curbside for the safety of your guests. Fully stocked with beloved brands like Blue Bunny, Good Humor, and It's It, we’ll make your special day both fun and affordable. Plus, if you want to surprise your soon-to-be spouse with their favorite flavor, we’re here to help make that moment unforgettable!
Don't forget the photos! We will set time aside for your photographer so you and your guests can have a photo op with our micro ice cream truck.
Indulge in our delightful packages that offer a unique experience with our truck, complete with a dessert service and a photoshoot with your photographer. Our package includes 50 ice cream treats and up to an hour of curbside service, perfect for your special event. If you're hosting a wedding party with over 50 guests, we can easily add more ice cream treats to your package for an additional cost per treat. Please note that a traveling fee may apply for locations outside of Snohomish.

Welcome to our school catering program! We are excited to offer a special discount on each ice cream treat for local schools, making it easier for you to treat your students. Choose from two great options: our full menu with 20 delicious choices or a limited menu with 8-10 tasty options. Don't forget to invite us to your graduations, field days, book fairs, and movie nights – we can't wait to celebrate with you!
FREE SCHOOL VISITS
As you can see, we love building core memories for our community kiddos and what is better than a memory that involves the ice cream truck! Invite us to your school wide event for just a $40 booking fee! Families purchase ice cream from our truck and we come hang out with a full menu of treats. We can guarantee your students will be talking about the time the ice cream truck came to visit for weeks.
Corporate Events/Employee Appreciation Days
Name a better way to say “thank you” for your hard work? Yay big. Yay high. Yay ice cream! will extend your gratitude by serving a treat and a smile to employees and/or customers. This can be an amazing way to boost team morale!

Catering Terms and Conditions
*Client understands the truck requires approximately two standard parking spaces. If parallel parking, two spaces are needed. If parking in a lot - front first, there should be another spot to the right (passenger side) for guests to be served. The client agrees to arrange for or personally provide access to the said facility to accommodate the proper set-up and preparation before the event. Client acknowledges responsibility for any liability arising from the rental and use of the said facility that is not a direct result of the caterer’s activities.
*please get in touch with us two days before your event. We will discuss last-minute details and have a second confirmation of your appointment.
*Client acknowledges liability for any damage to the truck and rental equipment (if any) used during the event caused by a client's guest.
*All payments are final. No refunds will be available.
Events/Parties may be rescheduled if our schedule allows it.
*In case of a mechanical failure or incident, we will refund any deposits and try to find another ice cream truck for your event. We will notify you via text, phone, and email if there is an issue.

Catering Terms and Conditions:
*Client agrees All Services will take place CURBSIDE, no drive-thru style events. Our insurance does not allow it.
*Client understands the cost is based on what is served. If you want to control how much your guests are served we suggest offering them redemption tickets. Generally, we have tickets available on the truck and are happy to provide them at no additional charge.
* If your event is scheduled for 4:00 pm, the truck will arrive at 4:00 pm with music playing. If you want the truck to arrive at 3:45 pm to get parked and situated, please schedule the truck at 3:45 pm. (an additional charge may apply) We run a tight schedule and must account for many things, such as traffic. We are always happy to accommodate you when possible.
*Client agrees to provide a suitable contracted facility for the caterer to perform duties required for the number of guests expected. This includes any permits required as well as permission from the appropriate city if event is held within a public park or area.
Please obtain prior permission for the truck to be on-site to avoid your event booking being canceled. We are glad to provide any required documents (Insurance, Health Permit), but the client is responsible for any fees.
